Stay in a brand-new building in the heart of downtown Cancún, just across from the vibrant Mercado Nader area. Mojarra 27 offers modern accommodations designed for comfort, natural light, and easy access to the city’s most authentic neighborhoods. Please note: the building is still finishing construction. Work may occur on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, the elevator is not yet installed, and the rooftop area that will include a shared pool and grill area is expected to open in May. This spacious studio offers a bright and comfortable stay for up to four guests. The space also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, cookware, silverware, blender, coffee maker, and toaster, allowing guests to easily prepare meals during their stay. A desk area provides a convenient workspace, while additional amenities include air conditioning, Smart TV, closet space, iron, and hair dryer. Guests will have full private access to the studio. The building uses smart locks for both the main entrance and the apartment door, allowing convenient self check-in. At the moment the elevator is still under installation, so guests will need to use the stairs to reach the second floor where the apartment is located. Getting around Cancún from Mojarra 27 is simple and convenient. Many cafés, restaurants, and local spots can be reached on foot, making it easy to explore the neighborhood. For longer distances, Uber and taxis are widely available throughout the area. The beaches and hotel zone are typically about a 10 to 15 minute drive away. Street parking may be available nearby, although the building itself does not have dedicated parking. The building is still completing its final construction phase.
