This place was great, central and peaceful. There were small things we had to get to fix some things that were missing or comfort but it was great overall. New building so we understood issues with new things being a part of new buildings. But they were fantastic at fixing any uncontrollable issues and quick to respond to make us comfortable and rectify anything that happened. Easy to get around and felt safe.
The apt is very aesthetic and nice. Thought it was on higher floor due to the photos but it is actually on street level. Big beautiful windows but people can see in from street/screens don’t really keep the sun out. Not their fault though, just an fyi. Location is good. On Main Street near hotels in San Jose and by a park. Definitely a sleepy residential community, not resort vibes. Had issues with toilets not flushing due to no water pressure, so had to dump water into toilets every time we used bathroom which was not very convenient. Host was responsive though.
