Designed to accommodate up to four guests, it's ideal for families or small groups. Guests can enjoy modern amenities such as air conditioning and Wi-Fi, as well as access to the communal pool, lush tropical gardens, and a dedicated parking space. Guests will have access to the main lobby of the Puerto de Luna complex, where security personnel will assist with check-in. The apartment is accessible via elevator, and stairs are also available. Guests have access to one designated parking space within the building's parking area. The communal pool is also available for guest use. The property is conveniently located a 10-minute walk from the nearest bus stop, offering frequent connections to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the Malecón. For quick and easy transfers, we suggest using taxis or Uber, both available in the area. If you decide to drive, we provide you with an assigned parking space. Check-in after 9:00 PM incurs a $500 MXN fee; however, check-in is not possible after 11:00 PM. All guests, including children, must provide identification at least 5 days before their arrival. Please be mindful of quiet hours, which are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. The apartment is strictly non-smoking, and pets and parties are not allowed. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately..
