The main highlights of the 6th-floor condo:

The SITTING AREA features a large sofa, a pair of armchairs, and a TV, plus floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY. Step outside and relax on comfortable cushioned seating or enjoy your morning coffee at the table while gazing at the ocean. 

The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare meals at home, plus lots of counter space for easy meal prep and a dishwasher for a quick clean-up. 

The DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests for sit-down meals and can serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.  

4 BEDROOMS and 3 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 8 guests as such:
Bedroom 1: King bed, ensuite full bath with soaking tub, balcony access
Bedroom 2: King bed, balcony access 
Bedroom 3: 1 King bed and 1 Queen bed, balcony access
Bedroom 4: Double bed

Just off of the bedrooms is another PRIVATE BALCONY that features cushioned lounge chairs and a DINING TABLE.

Guests have exclusive access to the apartment and all the condo's amenities, such us beach access, pool, snack bar, cinema, gym, spa, pickleball court and rec room.

The Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta complex is APPROXIMATELY 13 km | 8 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). There’s free designated parking if you are arriving by car.

As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 80kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

You can see the sunrise and sunset from the balconies which is pretty amazing. The premises were clean and well kept and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. The only issue we experienced was with the elevators as one of them didn't work during our stay and the other one stopped working the day we left, so we had to carry our luggage on our way down. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay 🙂" (10/5)

La restricción de consumo eléctrico obedece al uso eficiente de energía; en nuestro caso, habiendo estado hospedados 8 personas y aún haciendo uso de la estufa eléctrica no alcanzamos el límite diario, lográndolo al mantener los aires acondicionados apagados y permitiendo al viento correr al abrir las puertas de los balcones.
