Stay in a brand-new building in the heart of downtown Cancún, just across from the vibrant Mercado Nader area. Mojarra 27 offers modern accommodations designed for comfort, natural light, and easy access to the city’s most authentic neighborhoods. Please note: the building is still finishing construction. Work may occur on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, the elevator is not yet installed, and the rooftop area that will include a shared pool and grill area is expected to open in May. This apartment combines two connected suites to create a spacious layout for up to four guests. Each bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom with shower. The apartment also includes a balcony that provides natural light and urban views. Each suite includes its own mini fridge and coffee maker, making it comfortable for groups or families traveling together. A desk area is available for guests who need to work during their stay. Taxi/Uber/Automovil The building is still completing its final construction phase. Work may take place Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The elevator is not yet available, so guests will need to use the stairs. The rooftop area that will include a shared pool and grill area is expected to open in May.
