Please note the base rate is for 4 guests, the 5th and 6th guests have an extra fee per night. As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 50kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra. Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA and guest IDs (mandatory) must be shared with us at least one week prior to your check-in date or immediately upon booking confirmation. Please note that failure to provide this information on time may result in delays, and we cannot guarantee your check-in. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please make sure you read all the properties rules.
