This family-friendly, 2-bedroom, ground-floor condo is located in the most exclusive residential area of the bay, El Tigre Golf and Country Club in Nuevo Vallarta. 

Stay with us for 3-14 nights to unlock all the incredible amenities in the community for only $1,400MXN per adult per stay (subject to changes).

(Kindly be advised that the transportation service operates exclusively from designated bus stops, and it is not a door-to-door service.)

The main highlights of the condo:

The SITTING AREA features comfortable seating that faces a wall-mounted Smart TV, creating a relaxing spot to unwind at the end of a fun day! The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give access to the PRIVATE PATIO, which features a hammock for relaxing and a dining table where you can eat, drink, and socialize with your group.   

The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare simple meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up. 

The INDOOR DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate all 4 guests for sit-down meals and can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.  

2 BEDROOMS and 2 ENSUITE BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 5 guests as such:
Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/pull-out bed

Guests have access to Paradise Plaza (mall) and the pool of the condominium, an area with tables, lounge chairs. If you stay with us for 3-14 days you can also purchase access to the Beach Club, gym, courts, spa, and shuttle service.

The property is 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

The condominium has its own pool. 
Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,400 MXN per person, per stay (subject to change). Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations.
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 21 kW are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately.
We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

We used the loungers, and it was handy to have our own table with 6 chairs on the lanai, and we had dinner out there a few times. Sat outside every morning for our coffee. We mainly traveled by Uber, and used the room's wifi to set up our ride. Only trick was we needed to take phone off airplane mode to call the gate, so they could allow the Uber driver to enter the property.
It's about a 7 minute walk to one gate & 15 to the other, if you want to just grab a taxi there.
We ended up deciding to buy the Beach Club passes, so that we could ride the shuttle and spend time at the hotel pool as they had food onsite, and it's the closest place to access the beach. But if you want to cook your own meals, and don't want to spend time on the sand/salt water you have everything you need right in your home. Handy OXO at the closer gate for water & ice, groceries & snacks." (10/5)
