What’s available? - GOLF: Access to the course, green’s fees are not included (subject to availability)* - PICKLEBALL & TENNIS courts -A FULL GYM + a variety of classes & an Olympic-sized pool with water aerobics - KIDS WORLD - POOL TABLES: 2 tables at the Sports Center - BEACH CLUB (Please note that non-outside food or beverages are not allowed on the premises, and all consumption must be from the beach club's offerings.) - SPA (certain restrictions apply). -TRANSPORTATION SERVICE: The shuttle service will take you to the Sports Complex, Beach Club or Shopping Center, where you can buy groceries and other various items. (Kindly be advised that the transportation service operates exclusively from designated bus stops, and it is not a door-to-door service.) The main highlights of the condo: The SITTING AREA features comfortable seating that faces a wall-mounted Smart TV, creating a relaxing spot to unwind at the end of a fun day! The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give access to the PRIVATE PATIO, which features a hammock for relaxing and a dining table where you can eat, drink, and socialize with your group. The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare simple meals at home, plus a dishwasher for a quick and easy clean-up. The INDOOR DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate all 4 guests for sit-down meals and can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. 2 BEDROOMS and 2 ENSUITE BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 5 guests as such: Bedroom 1: King bed Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/pull-out bed Guests have access to Paradise Plaza (mall) and the pool of the condominium, an area with tables, lounge chairs. If you stay with us for 3-14 days you can also purchase access to the Beach Club, gym, courts, spa, and shuttle service. The property is 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). The condominium has its own pool. Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,400 MXN per person, per stay (subject to change). Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations. As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 21 kW are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra. Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately. We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please make sure you read all the properties rules. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
