Guests have access to Paradise Plaza (mall) and the pool of the condominium, an area with tables, and lounge chairs. If you stay with us for 3-14 days you can also purchase access to the Beach Club, gym, courts, spa, and shuttle service. The property is APPROXIMATELY 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR). Please note the base rate is for 4 guests, the 5th and 6th guests have an extra fee per night. The condominium has its own pool. Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,400 MXN per person, per stay (subject to changes). Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations. As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 21 kw are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra. Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN. Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation. Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, there is a mandatory weekly cleaning with additional charge. . We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. Please make sure you read all the properties rules.
