This family-friendly, 2-bedroom condo is located in the most exclusive residential area of the bay, El Tigre Golf and Country Club in Nuevo Vallarta. 

Stay with us for 3-14 nights to unlock all the incredible amenities in the community for only $1,400MXN per adult per stay (subject to changes).

 - TRANSPORTATION SERVICE: The shuttle service will take you to the Sports Complex, Beach Club or Shopping Center, where you can buy groceries and other various items.  (Kindly be advised that the transportation service operates exclusively from designated bus stops, and it is not a shuttle service.) 

The main highlights of the condo:

The SITTING AREA features a comfortable sofa that faces a TV, creating a relaxing spot to unwind at the end of a fun day! The floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give access to the PRIVATE BALCONY that features a BBQ grill and a dining table where you can eat, drink, and socialize with your group.   
The KITCHEN has all the necessary appliances, cookware, and dishware to prepare simple meals at home, plus 2 stools at the breakfast bar where you can have a seat while doing meal prep, enjoy a coffee, or use it to work on your laptop. 

The INDOOR DINING TABLE can comfortably accommodate 6 guests for sit-down meals and can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed.  

2 BEDROOMS and 2 BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 6 guests as such:

Bedroom 2: Queen bed & Double bed

Guests have access to Paradise Plaza (mall) and the pool of the condominium, an area with tables, lounge chairs. If you stay with us for 3-14 days you can also purchase access to the Beach Club, gym, courts, spa, and shuttle service.

The property is APPROXIMATELY 10 km | 6 mi from the Licenciado Gustavo Díaz Ordaz International Airport (PVR).

The condominium has its own pool.
Please note THERE IS AN EXTRA CHARGE for guests staying between 3-14 nights who decide to access the communal amenities such as the Beach Club and the "El Tigre" Sports & Racquet Club at an extra charge of $1,400 MXN per person, per stay (subject to changes). Golf is also available at an additional fee, and guests should make their own tee time reservations.
As part of the condominium's sustainability measures 21 kW are included daily on your stay. Please now that there is a charge of $6 MXN per KW extra.
Late check-in after 9 pm is available upon request for $500 MXN.
Your ETA & IDs (mandatory) should be sent to us within at least a week prior to your check-in date or upon booking confirmation.
Daily housekeeping is not included but can be requested at an additional charge. For stays of 7 nights or more, a mandatory weekly cleaning service will be scheduled and charged separately.
We provide some complimentary basic essentials, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo. Please note these are not replenished.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

BAD: furniture dated and uncomfortable. Washing machine/dryer sound like a tank.
UGLY: appliances and customer service. Fridge cheap and tinny, doors don’t open properly, shelves stick. Stopped working, tech vacuumed dirt/filth from behind/under. Didn’t work. Froze things every day, had to throw out frozen stuff.
Dishwasher never worked. Tech tried to fix, water poured out of it. Host said tech would take it, fix it return it. Too disruptive. We washed dishes.  "Customer service" was quick reply to say we can send tech. Not helpful on 2 week stay!!
My summary is as a million dollar unit with a bunch of junk inside and an institutionalised host (it turns out messages were coming from multiple people, an admin group and automated. Some were inconsistent and not helpful).  Nothing but lip service to customer service experience. Disappointing, and IMO easily preventable, and it resulted in a very bad vacation experience for us." Not the hosts fault, but the taxi driver we had on the way in couldn’t find the condo and insisted that we turn on our phone data to use gps so make sure you have a good understanding of how to find the condo beforehand, may be worth clarifying instructions with the host first to avoid any confusion. Overall the air bnb was better than described though the reviews about the beds are accurate - could use an upgrade. You also have to be mindful of the energy that you use because you may be charged additional $ for overusing kWh, but we monitored the meter and tried our best to stay within the daily limit."
