Valle de Bravo itself offers so many things to see and do, which made the experience even better. The reason for the 4-star rating rather than 5 is that the price we had agreed upon in advance for additional services (cleaning, cooking, hot tub, etc.) was not honored, and we were charged 1,500 MXN more than expected. Clear and consistent pricing would have made the experience even better. That said, we truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in the future." (8/5)
