- **Anonymous**: "Nuestra estancia fue agradable en cuanto a instalaciones; la casa es muy bonita, cómoda y bien equipada.

Sin embargo, no nos sentimos del todo cómodos con la presencia del personal durante la estancia. En algunos momentos la dinámica se sintió como si nos estuvieran los dueños ahí vigilando , especialmente porque viajamos con niños pequeños y buscamos un ambiente relajado y familiar.

También tuvimos un inconveniente con una llave, lo cual generó cierta incomodidad. Considero que cuando hay personal presente durante el hospedaje, es importante que la experiencia se sienta acompañada pero no invadida.

Tal vez sería buena opción aclarar desde el inicio la dinámica del servicio o considerar ofrecer la opción sin personal, especialmente para familias con niños que buscan mayor privacidad." (8/5)
